Big Bend National Park Announces New Concessions Provider

May 06, 2024 in Travel

Big Bend National Park has announced that Casa Grande Hospitality, LLC, a subsidiary of Aramark, has been selected to provide concession services for the next 15 years. This decision, unveiled Dec. 6th, solidifies Casa Grande Hospitality's position as a key player in the hospitality sector within the national park.

The 15-year contract (CC-BIBE002-24), covers a spectrum of services, including lodging, food and beverage, fuel, retail, RV park, and various other visitor amenities within the expansive Big Bend National Park. The contractual term is set to kick off on July 1, 2024, marking the beginning of a new era for visitors to this picturesque destination.

Aramark, the incumbent operator and parent company to Casa Grande Hospitality, has been a prominent service provider in Big Bend since its acquisition of Forever Resorts in 2022. Acting Park Superintendent Kendell Thompson expressed anticipation for a successful partnership “We look forward to a successful relationship with Casa Grande Hospitality. They are a critical partner with the NPS in providing essential amenities for our ½ million annual visitors.”
